Southern Sudan is an extremely under-developed newly emerging nation. It is our goal to build community centers in key village areas that can serve as churches, community meeting centers, and regional capacity-building training centers. There are several components to these centers from the land to the furnishings and equipment. The pictures show the types of building we want to develop and the following is a description of costs broken down into units.

Project #1:
Ministry Compound cleared with security fence, gate and guard tukul.
Costs: $4,000. USD (land cost not included)
Depending on area the land can cost from
$2,500 to $8,500.

Project #2:
Community Training Center/Church
Costs: $22,000 to $65,000 USD depending on size and Location.

Project #3:
Guest/Team Houses with bed, bath, table and chairs
Each for 2 to 4 people. Units either 16X16 or 18X18
Costs: $4500. USD each Current need 7.

Project # 4:
Double Cabin Pickup Truck and Motorcycle for Outreaches, Teams & Church Planting.
Costs: Used Pickup Truck $16,000 USD.
Motorcycle $1250 USD. Bicycles $100 USD.

Other items that are needed for each community center are a cook house, storage house, latrines, furnishings, bedding and cooking equipment. The cost of these items total approximately $3,600 USD for each community center. If a borehole (well) is needed that adds an additional $8,700 USD to the cost.
