One of the most effective evangelism tools that God has given us is School Assemblies. Government officials have given us a wide open door to minister both in secondary and primary schools, we are reaching children and teens alike that would otherwise not have the opportunity to respond to the Gospels. Because of the dramatic change in student’s lives when the respond to the gospel we are invited back to the school to continue to disciple the students. Currently our team is ministering in 70 schools with that number growing traveling on foot or by bicycle most of the time. Both teachers and students are making commitments to Christ. Our leaders are reporting to us that the response in the schools continues to be strong, since 2005 the effects of this ministry 15,000 students and teachers have responded.
The positive influence of the gospel in the schools has given us the opportunity to also minister to the secondary students concerning AIDS awareness. Additional we have the opportunity to conduct soccer training clinics in the schools with Magnum Swiggart leading the team to teach soccer skills and evangelize at the same time.
