One of the locations where Hope For The Future is working has a teachers training college where young men and women come to prepare to be primary school teachers, another near by community has a nursing school. The course is two years with several breaks between terms. We have developed an intensive training ministry that utilizes the students' time during the school term breaks to present a two year training program in which we teach 18 units of foundational Christian living and leadership material. Our goal is to lead each student in the college to salvation, water baptize them, see them baptized in the Holy Spirit and disciple and train them to be Christian leaders. Many of these students have found a new life purpose though taking our intensive training. Several are leaders in our church plants. We also invite local leaders and pastors to participate in our intensive training program.
